Hi

We are using Accuterm Standard 7.1c (7.1.2014) on an RDP Server (Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard) connecting to Universe 11.1.1 on Windows
Device Licensing works for some users but not for others, even though they are all connecting from the same platform using a shared Accuterm installation.

Got this from a debug log

11:52:54.782   unable to get host information of hostname
11:52:54.782 DLS: received telnet U2 device licensing option; sending response
11:52:54.783 1516: Sent Sub Begin Option -104 code=0 

Can anyone advise what reasons there could be for the above failure?
