PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Issues are Accuterm drive shutting down(unavailable); manual batch allocation option sometimes disappearing after batching; and docket not printing after batching has finished.

ยท         Accuterm driver will suddenly become unavailable and docket can not be sent across to batching system (we have to reset accuterm drives and select manual batch option and enter docket information and manually send it across to batching system). After batching, docket will not automatically print (possibly a signal issue (JETDIRECT EX Plus Box faulty)  (we will have to go back into accuterm and manually print docket. The issues with accuterm and docket not printing are unpredictable, sometimes accuterm will send docket to batcing system no problems and sometimes not.

I have been told there might be an issue with PCI dispatch phantom stopped due to orders or dockets being locked. Any solutions would be great.

Hi Pete -

I think you might be confusing AccuTerm, a program running on your PC, with the application running on a server that AccuTerm connects to. AccuTerm does not use a "drive", except in the context that it is a program on your PC and needs to live on a drive along side Windows and other programs on the PC. If that "drive" is down, then your PC would not be working. The application that AccuTerm connects to may be having issues, and you need to contact the support group that handles the that server.

Thanks,

Pete
