Just ran Multivalue > Host Programs > Update to update our host programs to 7.1c SP2 level.

Encountered a bit of a hiccup since our D3 system is Flash-compiled with COMPILE verb and the scripts use the BASIC verb.  Luckily it was a minor hiccup as the solution was to Flash-recompile the host programs manually.

Is there a global flag that can be set somewhere to switch the verb used for compiling the next time we need to make an update like this? I looked in FAQs, readmes, and user manual, but nothing jumped out.
Or do we just need to be aware in future and batch-replace the BASIC verb in the install scripts and programs?

Thanks!
Luke

This question would be best answered in a D3/MV-specific forum rather than in this AccuTerm-product-specific forum. However, we'll add this Zumasys forum to the mvtalk.slack.com" rel="nofollow - mvTalk Slack channel , so from now on anyone subscribed there will get a ping when questions are posted to this forum.

To force Flash-compilation in D3, edit MD COMPILE and :CCOMPILE, and set atb6 to the letter "o".
