get this message

SSH protocol error (unexpected or malformed message)

I have disabled the firewall and still can not connect. I'm able to ssh thru putty just fine thou.

please any help will be appreciated!

You're going to need to either upgrade AccuTerm or downgrade Windows. Microsoft made a change in the Crypto code in Windows 8.1 which caused SSH to fail. We have worked around the change in AccuTerm 7 release 7.1c. Since AccuTerm 2K2 is not supported under Windows 8/8.1, there is no plan to update the older version of AccuTerm to work around the Crypto change. Putty works because it does not use Windows Crypto.
