Hi,

We have set up a directory /ud/ACCUTERM for AccuTerm. However the host programs will not install. We keep getting the message that we are not at the TCL prompt when we are and that we need to be logged into the AccuTerm account. We are in /ud/ACCUTERM and are at real TCL.

I did get this installed once and had it working. However 2 other projects took precedence and now that I am back to this, I can't get it to install.

Any help or ideas would be great.

Hi Barbara -

If the automatic installation procedure won't work, there is an alternate installation procedure. Open the online help (Help -> Contents), click the Search tab, and enter "alternative host program" in the search box and click List Topics. Choose the "Alternative Host Program Installation" topic for instructions.

the online help is where? I clicked on the help on this forum but it is only forum help. When I go back I don't see online help. thanks
