I have a client whose terminal can no longer get Accuterm to run on IE 9. There was a Windows 7 update as of yesterday. We have reverted back prior to that install but we still cannot get it to open. It just keeps prompting us to open or save the .atsn file. If you open it it prompts you again, if you save it, all it does is open the download window. We have uninstalled/reintsalled the 2k2 Client but are still receiving the above prompts. All of the security settings are correct and the servers is in the trusted sites list. Any other suggestions?

Hi Chris -

AccuTerm 2K2 Internet Client often has problems working on Windows 7. AccuTerm 7 Internet Client works nicely on Windows 7 / IE9/10/11 as well as Firefox. However, the server you are connecting to must be upgraded to use AccuTerm 7 Internet Edition.

Thanks,

Pete
