Understand that GUI does not currently work on the Accuterm Mobile app. Is there a way to find out if a mobile platform is making a connection attempt so that we program to have that mobile request redirect to our text based menus?

Hi Rich -
You can call FTVSINF to determine which AccuTerm client version is connected. Specifically, the PLATFORM argument will be 41, 51 or 52 for AccuTerm Mobile. You can also check the CAPABILITIES string. If the string contains "G" then GUI is supported. You will need a fairly recent version of host programs for this (2015 or later). Thanks, Pete |
