I have a lots of forms that include zip code fields.
In the gui designer, I have these field's "data type" set to zip code. In the Events, I have the validate setting checked. This enforces zip code data integrity to U.S. 5 or 9 digit zip codes just fine. However, not so much for Canadian zip codes. Is there a config that allows the zip code datatype field to also allow the 6char Canadian format? thanks Bob |

Hi Bob -
I checked the data validation code in AccuTerm GUI, and for zip-code data types, the validation simply looks for US 5 or 9 digit zips, using simple pattern match. No provision is included for other formats. Sorry, Pete |
