Hi Gaius -

Your stty settings are not causing any problem. I have no idea why the test is successful but when WED feeds the INPUT statement it arrives corrupted. Does the invalid packet type error occur all the time, or is it only in certain cases?

Thanks,

Pete

I can save and retrieve 398 spaces, or 99 blank lines, but, with the addition of the 399th space, or 100th blank line, saving hangs the server.

Hi, Pete!

By the way, as a work-around, I wrote a program to let me edit locally, and then upload the code via Paste From. It works perfectly as long as the interline delay is at least 1. If I set it to 0, and then Paste From, the session locks up, and even Reset Connection doesn't help.
