Hello All,

I am currently using Accuterm 2k2 Lite to connect to servers running the openSSH version of sshd which is fine and works very well.

I have recently installed the TECTIA ssh server on linux (Fedora 7). openSSH clients can connect without a problem but when I try to connect with Accuterm I get an error:

"No supported signature scheme exists(SSH)"

Can anybody shed any light on this ?

Chris.

Hi Chris -

AccuTerm's implementation of ssh only supports one algorithm for host key signature: 'dss'. From the error you are getting, it sounds like 'dss' is not a supported key signature algorithm in the TECTIA ssh server. This may be a configuration setting for TECTIA.

Thanks,

Pete
