If the device runs windows O/S, you can load accuterm on it and run it. If the device doesn't, then look into using remote desktop connection. We've done this with iPads and iPhones. It "works", but isn't the greatest solution in the world. We've found that the Microsoft Surface is a good compromise. It runs the windows O/S and has a decent-enough screen size.
