Building Arrays Question

A little backround.  We recently moved everything to AccuTerm from ProCom for security reasons.  I had several scripts in ProCom that involved the use of Arrays to reduce typing errors.  I have recorded some macros and now have the beginnings of what I had before.

My question is where do I declare and populate the array and can I us the  SubMain () to hold a global ID to be called from the Macro ???
