activate event on commands

   we use the "enter same as tab" option, which is great for entry fields, not so great for commands like "update" "cancel" "close". At these we want an enter to be the same as click.  currently we have to turn on the "RTNEQTAB" property as an activate event at every field and turn it off as a deactivate event at every field.  This adds much overhead to a screen.  If commands had activate and deactivate events we would only have a total of 6 events added not the 48 we currently have.  Or could RTNEQTAB be a property on each control not just on the app.
