Hi -
I am using WED on an IBM/D3 server and starting yesterday I am having problems saving my pgm. It will not complete the file process, it cuts off lines past 400 and it over laps lines of code like a full screen into the prog. Any ideas? |

AIX (and AP/PRO) has problems losing data when a large block is sent from AccuTerm to the host. There are special versions of the host programs that work around this problem. Be sure that you install the host programs with an install file that ends with "_AIX" for all AIX platforms (use FTPINSAP_PRO.TXT for AP/PRO.)
To verify if you have the correct version installed, look at attribute 51 of item 'KMTCFG' in the ACCUTERMCTRL file. The platform ID is stored in this attribute, and for all AIX installations, this ID should end with "_AIX" (e.g. for D3 on AIX, the ID is "PICK_AIX"). Thanks, Pete |
