Use Object Bridge to modify Word text

   My current problem is trying to retrieve and modify the text of a Word paragraph using the Object Bridge routines.  Using ATGETPROPERTY(..."TEXT"...) seems to return the paragraph's text except that double and single quote characters are converted to "?".  Thus when I use the ATSETPROPERTY(..."Text"...) to return my modified text to the Word paragraph I lose any original quotation marks that were in the Word text.  Is there a way of keeping the quotation marks from being converted?  Thanks.
