trying to use the iL (image load) in a pick basic program.. i put the string in the program, image area loads but the box where the image would be is just gray. i've double checked the pathname and such to where the image resides but still can't get the image to show on my screen.. any ideas? thanks

It could be that AccuTerm does not understand the format of the image file. Have you tried different formats? I know that it works with jpeg, bmp and gif files. Usually works with tiff, but uncompressed only. Should also work with metafiles.

Hi -
If you are using AccuTerm 97, there is a question during installation about extended image support. This is mainly for showing gif images (because of the UniSys patent on the gif file format). AccuTerm 2000 and 2K2 include full image support (except for compressed TIFF images). There is no special option required during install. Thanks, Pete |
