FTINITEX not working with PRINTER ON

   I was having trouble with the SAMPLES program ATMSGBOX2, but only when called from within a specific one of my programs.
The short version is that I am using QM and my subroutine turned the PRINTER ON.  The SAMPLES program in question calls ATGUIINIT2 which in turn calls FTINITEX.  It turns out that there's a PRINT statement in FTINITEX.  Under normal circumstances that doesn't cause a problem.  But with the PRINTER ON, the particular AccuTerm command wasn't getting executed.

Unless the gurus at AccuTerm would prefer I don't, I was going to change the print statement (PRINT ESC:STX:'=':HOSTCAPS:CR:) to a CRT statement in that subroutine and any others I might encounter.  I know for some versions it should be a DISPLAY statement.
