WED RCS hook: Missing CLIENT value

I updated my host programs to v7.2.14 to get v2 support for the RCS hooks.

Consider this verb:
WED MYACCT,MYFILE, MYITEM

Dove-tailing with my other post today about support for D3 paths, I noticed an error in the BEFORE LOCK hook. Here is the line that was reported by the skeleton code:

RCS HOOK: BEFORE LOCK (ACTION=5 FILE=MYACCT,MYFILE ITEM=MYITEM CLIENT=)

I understand that WED is not yet capable of reading the "acct,file," path. As seen above, FNAME has that comma removed. There is a separate post on this topic.

But in this scenario, and the topic of this thread, note that the CLIENT value is lost, should show ATWED71. Personally I don't use that yet, don't care, but someone may at some point.
