We are working on upgrading systems from AccuTerm 2K2 to AccuTerm 7.  We have a process on our system that uses FT to export data to a CSV file.  This works fine with AccuTerm 2K2, and on my Windows 10 system with AccuTerm 7.  My co-worker upgraded to AccuTerm 7 on their Windows 10 system, and the same process sends the data to the screen instead of to the file.  This works fine if they use AccuTerm 2K2 instead.
 
 
I'm sure there's a terminal setting we're missing, but I can't find anything different that would account for this.  Any suggestions??
