As we are rolling out Accuterm 7 to our end users, we are receiving several reports of the "processing..please wait" box appearing and remaining on the screen until it is logged off. It seems this is happening on GUI dialogs that are called from green screens. When the user closes the dialog, the box appears even though the dialog closes. It is not modal so the user can continue to use the green screen application.
Unfortunately this seems intermittant (yeah, I know). It happens one time, the next it doesn't. I personally have not seen it. I am posting this in case someone else has seen this behavior. I will continue to investigate (read: pound the keys). Andy |
