Just installed AT7.  Love what I see so far.  Will there be a charge for upgrade to 7?  If not, do I use my 5.3c key?

Thanks,

Marshall

AT7 is superb.

It transforms your software into a contemporary environment and the new features are all practical rather than just cosmetic.

Excellent job done, by Pete & Co.

Hi All -

Generally this is a "pay-for" upgrade, although if you purchased a new or upgrade 2K2 within the last 15 months its free (your existing 2K2 key will work with AT7). Upgrade prices should get posted later today.

Thanks,

Pete

Hi Pete,
I downloaded the evalution and started some tests: congratulations! You and your team have done a great job.

I find no new icons in the Images directory, is there another place to look for?
Thanks in advance.

Pier

Hi Pier -

Unfortunately, the icons we are using are from a library that we licensed and cannot re-distribute except as part of the compiled program. We had thought about including some free icon libraries, but they all seem to have strings attached (GPL, Creative Commons, etc.). If you are interested in using the icon library that we are using in AccuTerm itself, check out this link.

Pete,
Accuterm 7 looks outstanding.  Do we have a programmers manual yet on it?

Thanks!

Eric

Hi Eric -

The user manual now includes the technical stuff that used to be in the programmers manual. The GUI is covered in a separate document. The user manual is available in from Help->Documentation->User Manual in the main menu; all the manuals are in the Doc folder in pdf format. Also, the online help now includes all of the technical info.

Thanks,

Pete

Ouch.
Even though I am creating more and more GUI apps on UD, the money isn't available for the "Legacy" system. :-(
That's life (with a shrug).
