This is not happening in our stateside offices, but with remote users on East Coast, UK, Taiwan, etc.

Environment: AT2k2 5.2b sp2 ; UniVerse 10.2 ; AiX 5.3 ; Text based entry /inquire screens - no GUI.

As soon as the user logs into Unix/UniVerse, we query the Accuterm session and capture their settings.  Then for some of our screens, where we need more real estate, we change the screen dimensions and scale the fonts.

When they leave the extended screen, we set their Accuterm session settings back to what they were when they first logged in.

We are getting an Accuterm Script Error window popup, sometimes when they are going into the screen.

"An error occurred while compiling script at line 3.
Unexpected text.
Error Source line
INITSESSION.FONTSIZE = MV Lucida Console

This make me think that the capture of their session settings or else the execution of the screen settings is getting out of sequence.  Like I say, users in the local office report no issues.

Has anyone seen something similar and do you have a resolution / workaround.

I could, as workaround, check each parameter and if not 'realistic' then set that to a default setting.  We have a default session defined, in case a program calls for a reset but hasn't already initialized the named common to capture the users settings.

Thanks,
