2008 Windows Terminal Server

   We are setting up a new Windows 2008 Terminal Server. We have a few new thin clients that work 100% fine logging in and using every application. However, the majority of our thin clients are NCD 300 ThinStars. They can login to the server just fine and use every application except AccuTerm. As soon as you click the shortcut to open it, the session ends. However, when you login a second time after being kicked out, the window is open and ready to login to our program and everything works fine from there. We are using 2k2 5.3c. Any ideas why this particular thin client on server 2008 would have this problem? The same thin clients on 2003 do not have this problem.
