Topic: ATGUIFILEDIALOG fails to dialogPosted: October 28 2016 at 1:04pm |

On a large client site, I have one pc that can't seem to run the ATGUIFILEDIALOG.
I have lots of reports that allow creation of a .csv file as the output. On all other stations it works fine, but on this one pc, it never makes it to the dialog to allow me to select a destination filename. I've compared all the AccuT settings to a working pc, and they are fine. This is an AT 7.0d on a Win7pro pc. MANY other stations on this site can run the very same report program just fine. So no difference in what is being run application-wise. Just this one station can't seem to launch the dialog. Any idea what could be causing this? thanks. |

Hi Bob -
I would try reinstalling AccuTerm in case something got corrupted in the registry. Better yet, try upgrading to the newest AccuTerm 7 release. Its available from the Downloads page on the Zumasys site, and its a free upgrade for all AccuTerm 7 users. Thanks, Pete |
