Somehow, we have a user who can wipe out and reset their ATCF file record. We cannot figure out how that is even possible. The reset record looks like a new record, but the device parameter is even missing, so it is not like they accidently clicked on New and saved a blank record. Deeply mystified by this one. Using AccuTerm Standard version 7.1c sp1 on Windows 10.
